最近:The Good, The Bad, The Ugly

The Good:

– I’m seeing Black Kids in FOUR DAYS – that’s a Thursday though, so I can’t sing along aptly to “Hurricane Jane” unless they modify the lyrics. C’mon Reggie! Shibuya is awesome for having several splendid bands come over — even if the tickets cost an arm and a leg and post-show seppuku.

-I’ve gotten better at Tekken and I can finally dash forward fast enough to finish Paul’s ultimate juggle right after the bound. In other words, I’ve been spending less money to satisfy my playing urges, which is good. Currently I’m seeing if I can improve my Dragunov skills but it’s just not coming together for now.

-I had Yakiniku, Shabu-shabu, Melon, and Strawberry Cake last night in Fumiki’s house. I spent around Php600 just to get to his house but it was worth it, not just because of the food, but because I got to see Fumiki’s mommy who is the best Japanese mommy in the world — I felt very 懐かしい from seeing Fumiki’s dad, sister and Larry too. I also met Fumiki’s sister’s fiance, who wouldn’t speak a word of English but understood my Japanese pretty well, so that’s awesome.

-I haven’t bought clothes for two weeks, plus my bill this month from AU is only Php800 — success, considering Japan’s cellphone deals. I hope to have enough to spend on gifts and shit.

The Bad:

-Consumer Behavior was a pain in the ass. Demetri and Fran were good groupmates and allowed me to take a break after finishing our 2nd pass — so I’m grateful. Noel, however, needs a haircut, that slacker prick. Fair dues though, his part wasn’t bad this time around.

-Indeed, I haven’t shopped for two weeks but my cash supply is running low due to miscellaneous food purchases. Let’s just say that if I wasn’t so addicted to potato chips, perhaps I could’ve bought a pair of $200 jeans.

-I am addicted to the following: Minute Maid Apple Juice, Tekken 6, Asahi Lemon Tea, Ozack Potato Chips and best of all, Matsuya’s Beef Bowl.

Okay then, until next time! 🙂
